Andrew Blench ACC is an experienced Facilitator, Assessor, Coach and Trainer who regularly delivers workshops, talks and writes articles on a range of subjects relating to school business management, governance and school effectiveness.   Andrew is a regular contributor for Education Executive, South Yorkshire School Business Leaders Network, Education Conferences and NSMTC.

Covering subjects such as ‘Constructing a Marketing Plan’, ‘Events Management’, ‘Engaging Local Media’ and ‘Use of Social Media’.

  • Recruitment - How to Shortlist Effectively - A practical workshop covering the legal and ‘best practice’ aspects of recruitment shortlisting.

  • How to run a successful Open Evening/Day - All schools run open days or evenings, which are their main opportunity to showcase their school to prospective parents & pupils. The course covers pitfalls and best practice to make the most of these opportunities.

  • Coaching Skills for Line Managers - The workshop will give SBMs, and others who line manage staff in school, an overview of coaching skills and how these can be applied to day to day working relationships and conversations.
