Andrew Blench is an experienced Facilitator Assessor Coach and Trainer who regularly delivers workshops, talks and writes articles on a range of subjects relating to school business management, governance and school effectiveness.   Recent events where Andrew delivered were Education Executive North, Forum Business Media SBM and Finance Conferences, South Yorkshire School Business Leaders Network.

  • How to run a successful Open Evening/Day - All schools run open days or evenings, which are their main opportunity to showcase their school to prospective parents & pupils. The course covers pitfalls and best practice to make the most of these opportunities.

  • Coaching Skills for Line Managers - The workshop will give SBMs, and others who line manage staff in school, an overview of coaching skills and how these can be applied to day to day working relationships and conversations.
